Founder & Managing Director

Paul has over 30 years’ experience in leading companies and programs / projects across real estate development and infrastructure, having directed these within publicly traded corporations and international private companies.

His projects portfolio spans airports, rail systems, utilities, mixed-use developments (combined with major retail malls, office towers, hotels, high-rise residential) and international airports / related new rail projects and utilities.

Geographic experience encompasses:  United States (numerous cities), Caribbean, Central America, South America, Asia, Australia, Middle East and Africa.

Graduated from the University of New South Wales, Sydney in building / project management and subsequently Chartered. Graduated from the senior executive management program at Harvard Business School, Boston, USA.  His outdoor activities include sailing, snow skiing, tennis, cycling and golf.
